Steven D. Weier: Attorney/CPA

Steven Weier received his BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics in 1985. After working in corporate management for a number of years, he passed the Uniform CPA exam in 1987. Steven attended lawschool at the University of Puget Sound and graduated in 1992. After passing the Washington State Bar Exam on the first try, Steven spent several years gaining valuable experience in public accounting and then later in personal injury litigation. Following several years as a litigator for a "downtown Seattle personal injury firm" Steven opened his own practice in Auburn in 1997. Wanting to focus on customer relations and customer service, Steven founded the practice on the simple guiding principle: "Do the Right thing, Always." Starting out as a one-man firm, Steven's enthusiasm and willingness to represent the "little guy" quickly established the firm in the south King County area. With no advertising budget, the firm grew by word of mouth and referrals. Still growing, the firm clings to the original focus that customer service is of prime importance. Going the extra mile is still the norm, and each of our clients is treated with respect and personal worth.

Steven's willingness to take cases to trial, even small cases, has earned him a reputation as a serious litigator. With an attitude that every case is treated like our biggest case, Steven has attained an exceptionally high win-rate in trial. Theresa M. Buchner: Associate Attorney

Theresa Buchner graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then attended Western State University College of law in Fullerton, California, where she earned her Juris Doctor with honors in 1992, and graduated in the top tenth percentile of her class.

Theresa began her career as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney with a prominent medical malpractice firm in Orange County, California. She later worked for another firm in Santa Ana which also specialized in both plaintiff's personal injury and worker's compensation claims. In 1999, she relocated to Washington where she practiced in the area of personal injury work with a concentration on medical malpractice.

In January 2006, Theresa joined the Law Offices Of Steven D. Weier where she continues to focus on plaintiff's personal injury litigation.

Theresa is currently a member of both the California and Washington State Bar Associations.

Corey Endres: Associate Attorney - Worker's Comp. / SSI

Corey started as an Associate Attorney with the firm in September 2007. He was hired specifically for his experience and background in Washington State Worker's Compensation laws and Social Security Disability programs. The Worker's Comp. division is now a thriving new addition to the firm. Corey has proven to be an advocate who will tirelessly work to help his clients obtain the benefits that were improperly denied. He is a member of the Washington State Trial lawyers Association, the Washington State Bar Association and the South King County bar Association.

Corey Endres was enrolled in the University of Washington and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Zoology cum laude in 1993. He later completed four years of training as a President's Scholar at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999. Rather than pursue a career in medicine, Mr. Endres pursued his Juris Doctor through Seattle University, where he was a Merit Scholar and graduated cum laude in 2002.

Thomas A. Campbell: Attorney Of Counsel - Criminal Defense

Tom joined the law firm in an "Of Counsel" position on 2008. Tom has practiced criminal law since his admission to the Washington State Bar in1984. His first position was with the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorneys office. In 1987, Tom opened his office in Tacoma and in 1992, Tom came to Auburn and has been defending people accused of felonies and misdemeanors in both state and federal courts. Tom is deeply involved in bar association and community activities. He has been the president of the South King County Bar Association, an officer in The Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has maintained membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Tom has been the president of the Auburn Rotary Club and the Auburn Fire Medic Committee and is a Board of Trustee Member for Green River Community College.

Tom has represented people in injury claims since he began in private practice. His litigation experience in criminal defense and injury claims is a perfect blend to enhance the services offered at our office.
