Silva: Marketing Director
Lynn has been quick to learn
and eager to please, She quickly advanced to a management
position as a Provider-Liason. Lynn’s pleasant &
charming personality and air of competence serves her well
in the task of maintaining professional relationships with
the many health care providers we interact with on a daily
basis.
She has great organizational skills and
multitasking capabilities, and splits her time between managing
the firm’s public relations efforts and providing support
to the District Court Civil Litigation team. Lynn’s
hard-working “nose-to-the-grindstone” attitude
is typical of the high-quality members of our support staff.

Rebecca (Bekki) Greene: Paralegal / Pre-Litigation Supervisor
Bekki received her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies in 1991. Prior to obtaining her education in the legal field, she received certification as a medical assistant with multiple sub-specialties, focusing primarily on urgent care. Her medical background combined with her desire to work in personal injury was the perfect combination for us. Bekki joined the firm as a Supervising paralegal to the Pre-Litigation component of the firm. Her experience and organizational skills have enabled us to become more efficient and effective managers of our client's claims. Her pleasant and competent demeanor is welcomed by clients and colleagues alike, and serves her well as a Pre-Litigation claims negotiator. |

Nicole Palmer: Paralegal to Theresa Buchner
Nicole started with the firm as an intern, and was later offered a full time permanent position . She has a strong background in chiropractic care and graduated with her Associate of Arts degree from Highline Community College Certified Paralegal Program. Her drive and thirst for knowledge creates a continuous flow of ideas for handling cases even more expeditiously. She is hard working and a perfect match as the paralegal for Theresa Buchner. She is a highly detail oriented member of the litigation team.

Gracene is the paralegal to Steven Weier. She received her Paralegal degree and certification from Highline and has been working as a paralegal for over 13 years. She started her career in the legal industry in 1995. She has a strong background in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, and brings experience and know-how to the firm. She served four years with the Army and her organizational skills are a great asset to our team. |

Cooke: Legal Assistant to Thomas A. Campbell
Melissa is Tom Campbell's Legal Assistant . She came to the firm with Tom when he was brought on
"Of-Counsel" in April 2008. She provides Tom with
the support for the criminal defense division of the firm.
She received her Legal Secretary degree from Highline in 2004.
She is pleasant, reliable, hardworking, and has the requisite
knowledge to work her way through the federal and state criminal
court systems effectively. We are pleased that she is a part
of our team.

Patricia (Trish) Evans: Paralegal to Corey Endres
Trish is
a wonderful addition to the litigation team. She has a background
in worker's compensation management and litigation. Trish
earned her paralegal certificate in 2004. She has been working
in the legal industry since 1985 as a legal secretary. She
manages the case load for the Worker's Compensation division
of the firm under the guidance of Corey Endres. |

Adriana Cardenas:
Case Manager / English-Spanish Liason
Adriana worked in the legal field for several years prior to her recruitment with us. She has background in insurance benefits administration and customer relations. She is fluent in Spanish and an integral part of our Hispanic client relations. Adriana finds new and innovative ways to make sure each client gets the maximum benefits available from their own insurance carriers, and strives to make sure that each of her assigned clients is well informed on the status of their case. Adriana is a pleasant and hardworking member of the team. |

(Tina) Asby: Case Manager
Tina started with the firm as an office
assistant. She is considered the firm
expert when it comes to vehicle damage and valuation. Tina performs most of the initial investigation on cases, including obtaining witness statements, photographs and reconstruction information. Tina has a background in EMT and massage therapy, and brings a unique and enhanced medical understanding to the firm. |

Chase: Case Manager
Breanne started as an intern through Green River Community
College. Her hard work and competence earned her a permanent
position within the firm in the pre-litigation department.
She is bright and articulate and has earned a reputation as
the "go-to-girl" for getting tasks completed in
a pinch. Her primary responsibilities include medical records and document ordering.

Katrina has been working in the legal field since 1999, and her past experience has benefited the firm in a multitude of ways. She also has a background in health care and demonstrates a true compassion for our injured clients. Her primary responsibility with us is the preparation of settlement proposals for injury cases. Katrina’s positive attitude and strong work ethic help to keep cases moving in a positive direction. |

Momotyuk: Administrative Assistant / Ukrainian-Russian Liason
Alla started as an intern from
Green River Community College. She was such a motivated
and energetic intern that she was offered full time employment
immediately upon completion of her program. Alla works
as the Administrative Assistant to the owner of the firm,
Steven Weier. She also speaks both Ukrainian and Russian
fluently. Our ever-smiling Alla is a joy to have
in the office and our clients universally love her.
