Silva: Marketing Director
Lynn Silva began with the firm in June 2003. Quick to learn
and eager to please, she quickly advanced to a management
position as a Provider-Liason. Lynn’s pleasant &
charming personality and air of competence serves her well
in the task of maintaining professional relationships with
the many health care providers we interact with on a daily
basis.
She has great organizational skills and
multitasking capabilities, and splits her time between managing
the firm’s public relations efforts and providing support
to the District Court Civil Litigation team. Lynn’s
hard-working “nose-to-the-grindstone” attitude
is typical of the high-quality members of our support staff.

Amy
Barnes: Case Manager III
Amy has been with the firm since July 2004. She received her
Associate of Arts degree at Seattle Community College and
has extensive background in customer relations.
As a Case-manager, Amy finds new and innovative
ways to make sure each client gets the maximum benefits available
from their own insurance carriers, and strives to make sure
that each of her assigned clients is well informed on the
status of their case. Amy is a pleasant and hardworking member
of the team.

Manuel: Case Manager I
Barb was a contract employee doing various administrative
tasks for about a year before she hired on as a Case Manager.
Her skills and background were quickly recognized and utilized
for the benefit of our clients.
Barb graduated from Penn State University
with her Bachelor's degree in Family Studies and Education.
Following college she spent 25 years in management in the
retail and insurance industries. She is thoughtful and kind,
and displays the friendly customer-service orientation that
our firm is known for.

Sara Walker came to us from a large local retailer where she
learned the value of good customer service. Sara was so eager
to work for us that she offered to take a pay cut to move
out of retail and into a professional setting!
