Chihuahua’s joyride causes a fender-bender

Thankfully no one need a lawyer for this accident.  But King 5 reported that Tabitha was stopped at a red light when she was suddenly struck.  She looked to see who ran into her, but she didn’t see anyone.  All she saw was a chihuahua peering over the steering wheel.  Martinez the owner of the chihuahua said that he left Toby in the car while he went into the store and Toby must have popped the car out of gear.  Luckily there was minimal damage and no one was injured.
